π New Phone System is Launching June 2nd!
On June 2, we will be launching our new phone system. The Thrive team has been training hard to help our members transition to the new system. Please bear with us as we start taking live calls in the next few weeks.
Here's what to expect:
New menu options
Press 1 for Member Service
Press 2 to receive a text message with application links (loan or new member)
Press 3 for Lending
Press 4 for Collections
Press 5 to dial by extension
Extension changes
All employee extensions have been updated to four digits. To reach a staff member, simply add a β0β to the end of their current extension.
Example: Current extension: 101 New extension: 1010
New call flows to direct traffic with dedicated staff
We have a dedicated staff member at each branch to take calls, all day long.
Donβt want to wait on hold? Choose to have us call you back instead, without losing your place in line after one minute.
New voicemails - individual or departments
You still have the option to reach your favorite staff member, with added flexible options.
Trying to reach a loan officer but got their out of office voicemail? Now you can leave a voicemail for the entire department, so any available staff member can call you back for faster service.
Integrated phone calls with text messages
Our staff can text you live links to applications or share documents while being on the phone with you for faster service.
