Online banking with Thrive allows you to access your account 24 hours a day, wherever you have internet access. With online banking, you can securely manage your Thrive savings, checking, and loan accounts by:

  • Viewing real-time account balances, transaction history, and cleared checks

  • Transferring funds between accounts

  • Transferring payments to a Thrive loan

Optional services once you are signed up for online banking:

Bill Pay: allows you to pay your bills wherever you have internet access any time of the day.

Mobile Banking: allows you to access your account 24 hours a day from any device.

e-Statements: Members can sign up for e-Statements once they have signed up for online banking. In order to sign up for the first time, you must log in to online banking and click the e-Statement tab on the online banking homepage, then click to enroll in e-Statements. Benefits from e-Statements:

Start taking advantage of Thrive’s mobile banking app in 3 easy steps!

  1. Visit your app store to download the Thrive mobile banking app.

  2. Click on the accounts button to begin. If you are not enrolled, you will click enroll now and follow the instructions. You must use the same email address that is associated with your banking account for enrollment. If you are already enrolled in online banking, you will log in with your current login ID and password, answer a security question, and your email address.

  3. Once you have either enrolled or logged in, you will be ready to use online banking!

Mobile Deposit

Mobile Deposit

Take advantage of Thrive’s brand new mobile deposit feature located directly on your mobile banking app. Now you can deposit a check into your Thrive Checking or Savings conveniently from your device!

  • You must be a member in good standing with Thrive Credit Union with an active Savings or Checking Account.
  • Do NOT use mobile deposit for:
    • Third party checks
    • Checks payable to 2 parties and both are not on the account
    • Altered checks
    • Checks that are stale dated or post-dated
    • Checks drawn on a financial institution in a foreign country or currency
  • Check holds and delays of availability may apply.
  • Funds deposited when we are closed may not be available until the next business day.
  • Funds are not available for use until the money is visible in your account.
  • Once the check has been submitted for mobile deposit please ensure that the item is not represented for payment. You should retain the check for 60 days and then properly shred or destroy the check.

Mobile Deposits Limits

  • Maximum total dollar amount that can be deposited per month is $10,000
  • Maximum total dollar amount per day that can be deposited $5,000.00
  • The maximum dollar amount per check is $5,000.00
  • The maximum number of deposits you can make in one day are 10

  • Security – no need to worry about lost payments in the mail. With Thrive’s online bill pay, you can log onto your account and view activity anytime
  • Ease – once you setup your payees, you can pay your bills with a click of a button
  • Control – it’s all in your hands! Schedule payments to be paid anytime, up to a year in advance. You can set up a one-time payment or weekly, bi-weekly, monthly, or yearly recurring payments

How do I transfer to another member’s account from my account at Thrive?

To transfer to another member on your mobile app or online banking:

  1. Navigate to the Transfer tab.
  2. Enter the member’s Last Name, Member Number, Password, Account (deposit or loan), Account Type Code, Amount, and Optional Description.
    • Account Type Codes are:
      000 Savings
      201 Basic Checking
      207 Ultimate Checking
      203 Elite Share Draft
      501 Special Club
      509 Christmas Club
